Our modernized technical department analyzes the characteristics
of the required material and adhesive type needed to meet the client's
specification before design production begins. With that in mind,
we choose the best method to produce the labels. The methods used
to produce the labels are serigraphy (screen-printing) and flexography
(continuos printing).
|
Serigraphy
Serigraphy
is a screen printing process that uses a frame with a coat
of polyester as the master copy. The polyester is left off
the master copy in the areas where the ink is to penetrate
and print the desired image. By this method, one color at
a time is applied using our state of the art equipment. Etypack's
proprietary quality and precision technology permits label
production that is impossible to achieve in a simple serigraphy
shop.

Flexography
Flexography
is a cost-effective printing process for decals and labels
using a flexible roll of material that has the capability
to produce a large product quantity in a continuous form with
respect to high quality. With our flexographic equipment,
we can place up to a total of six colors on the front and
back of each label in one procedure. Labels can be finished
with a laminate/UV, numbered, die-cut, or sheeted.
